余震谷，美国萨凡纳艺术设计大学终身荣誉教授。毕业于上海医科大学，在美国获美术学士和美术硕士学位。 曾任萨凡纳艺术设计大学绘画系主任，绘画工作室主任教授，教务长、校长办公室特殊项目主任，多次担任全美艺术比赛评审主席。2000年余震谷教授在美创办“东西画廊”，并创建“余震谷中国画奖学金基金”；2018-19, 余震谷任全美华人美术教授协会主席。自从来到美国后，余震谷在世界各地画廊、博物馆举办过26次个展和参加过60多个群展。作品获首都华盛顿大学“福特杯20世纪亚太艺术家大赛”的金奖。

Professor Josh Zhengu Yu is a tenured professor emeritus at the Savannah College of Art and Design, GE. He graduated from Shanghai Medical University. In the late of 1980s, he was invited as a Chinese visiting artist to participate a cultural exchange program between the US and China, and completed study and eared his BFA and MFA degree in Painting. Professor Yu previously served as the chairman of painting department, and director of special project of provost and president’s office. He has also served as the chair of the judging panel for numerous national art competitions. In 2000, He established the Yu Zhenggu Chinese Painting Scholarship Fund. From 2018 to 2019, Professor Yu served as the president of the Chinese- American Art Faculty Association. Since arriving in the United States, Professor Yu has held 26 solo exhibitions and participated in over 60 group exhibitions in galleries and museums worldwide. His work won the gold medal at the Ford Cup 20th Century Asia-Pacific Artists Competition held at the University of Washington, DC.
