Dr. Stephen Hahn is a tenured professor emeritus in the Department of History at William Paterson University, NJ, a judge for the William Carlos Williams Society's Peterson Prize, a member of editorial board of the William Carlos Williams Review. In 1983, he received his Ph.D. in English from Rutgers University. His research and scholarly interests include American literature and history, romantic and modern poetry, and historian of the Silk Road etc.. He has published numerous papers on the late poetry of William Carlos Williams in professional journals and presented at international conferences, and delivered keynote speeches at the "International Symposium on the Silk Road and Silk Cities."  Dr. Hahn served for many years as Associate Provost at William Paterson University and was also as interim Provost, Dean of the College of Education and Dean of the College of the Arts and Communication. He has served multiple times as an Evaluator, Visiting Team, Middle States Commission on Higher Education,
